MY HOME SWEET TINY HOME
How They're Built
We start by framing on an engineering-approved trailer made specifically for tiny homes and nothing else.

After the framing is done and passes inspection, waferboard is attached to the exterior which covers the entire home and gives it superior strength.

Next, we install windows, doors, and anti-bad-weather products to protect the home and keep the interior dry, clean and comfortable.

The interior is finished with plumbing, electrical, finished floors-walls-ceilings and is ready to move

Our Current Floor Plans
Special Note: Both plans are the same square footage on the lower level. Plan 2 uses attic stairs which gains more space for the kitchen, and the kitchen is moved to the front.

This Tiny Home Model #1 has a larger loft with stairs. If you want more loft and exposed stairs, this is your preferred model.

Below is a depiction of what this model may look like depending on colors, flooring, furniture, and so on.

This Tiny Home Model #2 features pull-down attic stairs. This increases the bathroom size and allows for a private toilet room. The kitchen and living room now have more room.
The loft is much smaller because the bedroom ceiling is open.

furniture type and color and so on.

This drawing shows front and back elevations. Note that window and door placements can change depending on which model you choose.
Also, you can order multiple exteriors and roof colors, thus these elevations are mostly a representation of what your tiny home can look like.
