Here are the details:

1. The exterior surfaces in the basic model are typically 8" O.C. grooved siding and shingles.  If you want your storage building to match your tiny home siding and roof, please contact us for upgrade.

2. The building is sent unassembled because it won't typically be shippable along with your tiny home once fully built.  But you will receive all required pieces and parts to build.

3. We manufacture trusses for these types of storage buildings that include the wall studs.  Thus, your storage building will be superb in strength.

4.  Storage building size can be either 8'x12' or  12'x 8'.
